Industrial-scale sewing, seaming, and assembly for fashion brands, furniture manufacturers, and technical textile companies. From first sample to 100,000-unit runs — every tolerance documented.
A factory walkthrough in six stages.
Every production run follows the same documented sequence. Nothing is improvised. Every stage has tolerances, checkpoints, and paper trails.
Every spec scrutinized before a single needle moves.
Your tech pack arrives. Our pattern engineers review every grading rule, seam allowance, and construction note. We flag ambiguities in writing — no assumption-driven surprises at audit. Pattern files are converted to our CMT tolerance format and archived with revision history.

We audit the fabric before it enters the line.
Incoming rolls are tested for width consistency, weight per square meter, color fastness, and shrinkage. Ripstop nylon is checked for denier uniformity. Denim lots are compared against approved shade bands. Any roll outside spec is quarantined — you are notified with test data, not apologies.
Width tolerance
±0.5 cm across roll

Shrinkage pre-wash

Machines tuned to your fabric, not a generic default.
Every run starts with a dedicated setup session. Stitch density, presser foot pressure, thread tension, and needle gauge are calibrated to your specific material stack. Operators run 20 test units before production begins. Setup sheets are signed and filed. No shortcuts on calibration.

Synchronized rows. Consistent output. Documented throughput.
Production lines run in synchronized bundles — panels move through stations in cut-number order, maintaining traceability from roll to finished unit. Operators are cross-trained on adjacent stations to eliminate bottlenecks. Line supervisors log throughput every two hours. You have access to live production dashboards.

Defects caught at the source, not at final audit.
QC inspectors sample every 25th unit at each major sewing station. Seam strength is pull-tested on random samples. Measurements are logged against your approved tech pack tolerances. Any station producing more than 1.2% defect rate is paused immediately for root-cause analysis before resuming.

Every unit signed off. Every carton documented.
Final audit follows AQL 2.5 sampling standard. Inspectors check measurements, construction, labeling, and finishing against your approved sample. Rejected units are repaired or scrapped — never shipped. Packing lists are itemized per carton with unit counts, colorways, and size breaks. You receive a signed audit report before goods leave the floor.

Three sectors. One standard of precision.
Apparel & Fashion
Brands scaling past 1,000 units per month who need consistent seam construction, grading accuracy, and on-time delivery into retail windows.
Home & Upholstery
Furniture manufacturers requiring seam strength consistency across 10,000+ cushion covers, throw pillows, and upholstered panel runs.
Technical & Outdoor
Gear companies whose ripstop nylon, CORDURA, and coated fabrics demand precise stitch density, taped seams, and waterproof construction.
